Personal Wellness/Fitness Plan
The Wellness/ Fitness Plan is a two part project.  The first part will be completed during the 9th grade year.  The second part will be completed during the 10th grade year.  This is a project designed to help students develop fitness goals for life-long wellness.  This total fitness plan is broken up into various assignments which will be graded separately.

These assignments will be placed on the YHS PE Website. www.oocities.org/yhspe. Students are required to go to this website for their assignments.  If students do not have computer access at home, there are computers on campus for use by students.  These assignments can be printed out by students and taken home to work on.  They do not require extended computer/internet research.
