Race: I really don't know what Jack Sisco's racial background is so I have to take a wild guess on this one. Judging from his appearance, there is a possibility that Jack Sisco could be biracial. His skin has a slight dusty hue to it. Its quite noticeable when Jack is placed next to Bit Cloud in this picture.
Height: Mmmm, something tells me he has to be over six feet. He does appear to be tall in the anime, especially when he's standing next to Bit. :) I've visited other fan pages and seen Jack Sisco listed between 6'2" to 6'4" which sounds accurate enough.
Weight: *takes out a height and weight chart for men* According to this, a man of Jack Sisco's height and body type (medium frame) should weigh between 164-178 lbs. IMO, these height and weight charts are never accurate but Jack Sisco does appear to fit the weight range.
Eye Color: I would say they are dark but when ever they do close-ups of Jack Sisco's face, they appear to be gray.
Hair Color: Being the typical anime character that he is, the color of his hair appears to be a dark purplish hue, similar to plum or eggplant. If Jack Sisco was a real person, chances are, his hair color would be black like mine.

Vin Diesel. Heck, they both have the same kickass personality, so why not? As far as looks are concerned, I do see a similarity between the two. If Vin was to grow some hair and put on the black and green headband, he would probably look like an older version of Jack Sisco. If Jack was to star in his own movie, whether its anime or live action, it would definitely be titled 'The Fast And The Furious'!
