The New Right
The New Right is the rightful school newspaper of Nevada High School/Nevada Youth Prison.  Although continually losing official school recognition to its vastly inferior competitor, the Crimson & Gray, the New Right sets the standard in journalism for all of Southwest Missouri.

Here is the official unofficial online headquarters of this becon of modern news reporting.  Currently online are volumes 3 and 4.  Anyone with any copies of volumes 1 or 2 is encouraged to come forward to contribute to the archiving of this stellar periodical.

Volume 4 - Spring 2003
Issue 1 - I think I was frustrated when I wrote this article. Frustrated by the war and by foreknowlege that my paper would most likely be idiotically banned. (and it was by fourth hour of its first day back) This issue introduced the puzzle feature *"find the sock"*.

Issue 2 - Dragons withdraw from "Dungeons & Dragons" contract. Crappy article about Lifetime Fitness that was too short to be good.

Issue 3 - This came out as a two part special limited edition on my last day at Nevada Youth Prison.
Part 1 is about no longer being at the high school, a FAQ and a plug for this website.
Part 2 is all about knowing your free speech rights.

Issue 4 - Written in the summer about the accidental war with Iraq and and article about Macy Gray's voicebox being removed.

Volume 3  - Spring 2002
Issue 1 - The New Right returns again, society reaches perfection
Issue 2 - God approves the first amendment
Issue 3 - Purpose of Homeland Security, Jason's birthday
Issue 4 - Why wasn't I in the yearbook?, *a comic strip*, my hunger
Issue 5 - Bush entertains troops, Galaxor's mad, I'm in a box
Issue 6 - Point/Counterpoint: Evolution, ACT bragging, aniversary
Issue 7 - I'm mugged by C&G, benefits of ISS, bad friends
