The economy was great in the large cities of the land.
It was not in the rural communities.
The power elite of waste (PEW) are out to line their pockets with money.
They have done it in the past.
They are doing it now.
They will be doing it in the future.
They will be doing it at the expense of the rural economically challenged (RECD).
Tactics of the PEW:
Some of the mobile forces go under the name of “Heil”. These divisions of armored vehicles are distributed in strategic locations and can be mobilized for quick strike operations.
The mobile infrastructure is being enhanced by the acquisition of a naval capability and rail services to handle mass loads and distribute their hazardous arsenal.
Front line forces have been deployed to defuse the influence of the local resistance groups. The front line forces of the PEW have been instructed to assimilate and not be in the uniform of the PEW.
Scouting parties had already assessed the vulnerability of the populace, and the scouting parties had determined the land objective. Once the land objective had been achieved, expansion of operations could be enhanced, secure borders could be attained, and takeover of contiguous properties could be sought.
Clandestine operations were determined and implemented. The public was unaware.
Personnel were instructed in the infiltration of local businesses and organizations, and told to be prepared to be called on when the need arose. Until then, the infiltrators were told to “fit in”.
Disinformation forces were mobilized. Their responsibility was to defuse and deflect adverse publicity. If the adverse publicity could not be suppressed, the information was to be massaged and managed to have a less negative impact on the PEW. The legions of writers, publicists, and propagandists were put on alert. Leaflets had been used in the past.
Now, economic tyranny was invoked:
“You will lose your job”;
“ you will lose your subsidy”,
“you will have your contract canceled’,
“you can’t win, so you will be better off by joining us”,
“you are weak’, “we are too powerful”,
“you can’t do anything without us”,
“nobody cares, so why should you?”,
“we own you”
The effect on the RECD could be predicted.

What major dramatic catastrophe will awaken the sleeping giant of the RECD and get them to mobilize their sons and daughters to battle the new economic tyranny and defeat the PEW.
