This is the number 2 driver of the Red Suns. Keisuke is the younger brother of Ryousuke. Keisuke does have awesome drifting skills, but lacks patience and is easily angered. Although he is not as good as Ryousuke, Keisuke practices everyday in order to become one of the best drivers on Japan.
Did I mention that Keisuke does not like to lose? Well, Keisuke has great pride in himself (and his team by the way) and if he is defeated, then Keisuke will deifinitely want revenge. However, he does mature later on and realizes that losing is just a part of racing. Also, his mechanical knowledge about cars is not that great (he thought that the 86 has ABS).
