| Seiji is the number 2 driver on the Emperor team. He has excellent driving ability, but is overconfident and arrogant. Unlike Kyouichi, he is hot-headed and impatient. He really hates following slow cars and will pass them, regardless if the opponent a good driver or not. Whenever he wins a race, he takes his opponent's sticker, cuts it in half, and puts it upside down on the tail of his car. He often talks bad about other drivers, even though they are really good (ex. Ryousuke). In the beginning, he is cocky, but after an unfortunate event (for him), he stops talking big about himself. |
