This is the standard registration form for all ADMS registries.  Just print and fill out - be sure to read all the RULES carefully as well.
	All of the rules and forms for registering a Donkey, Mule, Hinny or Zebra Hybrid may be printed from the website(s), photocopied, or obtained directly from the ADMS office.  Just remember if you are passing them along to someone else to include the RULES portion with the application.  The ADMS is a Non-Profit organization, formed in 1967, and has become the World's Largest Single Source of information and services for Donkeys, Mules, and Zebra Hybrids.
