Hello its me again I know I said a long time ago that I would start updating this again but you see I am kinda the victim of writers block right now and have been for a couple months now but believe me I shall start writing again for sure but unforunately I dont have anything at this point but I shall make it up to all of you. I knew this day would come,
the day when you would walk back into my life,
but not this soon I was still working through everything,
I still need to find the answers that I am searching for,
I dont know if I am ready for this yet,
I dont know if I am ready to be the friend I should been from the start,
what if I am not ready,
what if it all goes wrong,
and the cycle of pain starts all over again,
will I be ready for that,
will I be able to get through it,
or will I end up worse then the last time,
cause I dont know anymore,
but so far I am holding up,
and it is looking like I am ready to be the friend I pretended to be ,
and hopefully it shall all turn out for the best,
but none the less I was still unprepared for this.

I look back upon the days of old,
and reflect on everything that I have done,
somethings I miss terribly so,
others I could have gone without,
after moving around so much as I have,
I miss the little things that are more than often over looked,
like the rain in New Orleans,
and the snow and cold weather back east,
and the food from both places,
and I look at everything I have now,
and see that I am truly lucky,
the days of old were some of the best times in my life,
and what I have in life now shall truly become a blessing,
I have caring friends, a caring family,
which neither one I would ever give up,
dont dread the passing of the days of old,
learn from them,
and hold them close,
cause this will be what you have to show as acomplishments for your life
I saw her again,
it wasn't for long but she was here,
I felt her prescense when she entered the room,
she sat next to me and we talked,
the conversation is vague to me now,
but when she spoke to me,
I could tell that she was speaking to me,
and that she was there for me,
the sound of her voice was soothing,
and her beauty was breath-taking,
her hair flowed over her shoulders like a gentle stream,
when I went to say good bye and give her a hug that is when it happened,
I realized I was asleep,
and then awoke to find that this girl was but a dream.
People could be considered the most dangerous thing in the world,
cause if you get enough people together their opinion changes like the wind,
now you have to listen a person is calm and collected,
a group of people follow the person at the front who isnt afraid to speak their mind,
and in situations like that it usually ends in violence,
a group of people can turn into a lynch mob,
just because of one persons views,
the rest of them may diagree but they are agraid of being targeted next,
so they keep quiet and dont say anything,
if you were to give power to a group of people,
9 times out of 10 all hell breaks loose,
until people learn to make decisions on their own,
and take responsiblity for their actions,
and stand up for what is right,
nothing shall ever change,
which may end up being the death of us all.
I am standing here,
and I see you walk in the door after so long,
I have so much I want to talk to you about,
it's been so long since I have seen you,
I have missed you oh so much,
I figured we could pick up where we left off,
what was I thinking,
of course you have found someone else,
it's been months since we spoke to one another,
you found someone who makes you happy,
I am glad,
I should have seen it coming,
but I was just so happy to you come back,
that, that thought never even ran through my mind,
well this is nothing new for me,
so I shall pick up and move on as always.
The human spirit is a very special and wonderful thing,
granted people are not generally nice all the time,
but when a tragedy happens it brings out the best in all of us,
in a city where kindness is rare,
but when something as tragic as the events on 9/11/01,
people put aside their differences and help one another,
the human spirit will always show at the greatest time of need,
granted it shouldnt take a tragic event to do so,
but if you look for it you will always find it,
and for the reason alone no matter what happens in the future,
the human spirit will always live on.
I needed a friend the other day,
just someone to talk to,
but you weren't around,
I couldn't find you,
when I called you, you told me you were busy,
I didnt want all of you time,
I just wanted to talk for a bit,
you were on your way out to hang out with friends,
so here I sit alone still with this eating away at me,
with no one to talk to about this,
now I think to myself,
what kinda friend are you,
if you cant take 10 minutes out of going to hang out,
to talk to me and help me,
what kind of friend is that,
how could you do that,
I could understand if you couldnt because of something important,
but something that you normally do,
that is low,
now I see what kinda friend you are,
and that kind of friend is no friend of mine.
There is such hatred in this world,
hatred towards our fellow man,
what is it that drives people to bring harm to their fellow man,
what has gone so wrong in this world,
acts of terrorism is not the way to create change,
it is the way to bring about chaos, and war,
that does not bring good change,
it brings loss, tragedy, remorse, and grief,
people need to wake up,
and realize that is not the way to go about it,
cause no one will accept to live in terror,
No One.
