History:
We don't know much about Zapp's past, but I assume he went into the army at a young age, where he rose to become the Democratic Order Of Planets (DOOP)'s most decorated officer. Notable achievments include sending wave after wave of his own men into an army of killbots until they reached their kill limit and shut down. Until he met Leela, who slept with him out of pity when he cried like a baby, Zapp was a virgin. He was once fired for blowing up the DOOP headquaters, but was reinstated when Leela backed up his story to stop him working at PE. He now roams the skies in his ship enforcing Brannigan's law with his assistant, Kif.

Bravery, willingness to send his men to their deaths for victory.
