MODE DESCRIPTION

Mode 0973

This mode indicates a ground based battle. The first battle in this mode was a ground/blind battle between the Blitz Team and the Champ Team.

Mode 0982

This mode is the most commonly used in battle. Each team can use a stipulated number of Zoids. Most of these battles have no restrictions on arsenals.

Mode 0988

This mode is an old-fashioned showdown. This mode is limited to long-range weapons with 6 shots apiece. This was first used between the Blizt Team and the Fluegel Team.

Mode 0990

This mode has no restrictions on arsenals, the number of pilots, and mid-battle entries.

Mode 0992

This mode is a one-on-one battle. This is used commonly with no restrictions on arsenals. This was first used between Bit's Liger and the Backdraft's Elefander.

Mode 0999

This mode is used all the time by the Backdraft's Dark Judge. There are no rules in this mode. You either win or lose. This mode is seen a lot in the series.

Mode 1001

This mode for the Royal Cup Tournament. This mode is for Class A warriors. Each team can fight with 4 Zoids in a battle. The team must win five times and get 5 passcodes to find the coordinates of the finish line.

Mode 6990

This mode is used during the arcade game. This mode indicates a shooting challenge and allows mid-battle entries. This is seen when Vega is defeating Bit and Jack Cisco.
