Welcome to my miniature Barbie doll world Haute Couture! Enter the fantastic world of beautiful design, where Barbie and Ken are your mannequins. The art of designer elevates them above mass production and transforms in a masterpiece. Each doll is unique and is a fusion of designer's fantasy and meticulous work. To master unique doll's image I make a new, original haircut and completely redraw its face using acrylic paint according to the character being created. Every and each doll's dress is made using individual sewing technique and various kinds of bugles, sequins, beads and golden threads. Handcrafted accessories, shoes and decorations complete the dress ensemble. Creating historical and national costumes I extensively use information collected from national museums around the world. All details are scrupulously worked out and reproduced exactly on a tiny scale. To amplify a particular flavor, look and feel I take advantage of specific patterns and sewing techniques specific to that country.
