Sad eyes instantly break your heart.  Not because you think you can't make her happy, but because they had to appear in the first place. Something happened to make her sad.

Maybe she's having trouble conveying her emotion of the moment.  Maybe it's because of a tummy ache, a fever, being alone, feeling alone, not getting attention, not enjoying herself, a wet diaper.  Maybe she has some other problem or discomfort that she wants resolved. It maybe be nothing more than a girl who needs to be held and told that she is loved, helped to feel how loved she is, and made to know how precious she is, and how needed she is. It's a big deal to her.  Therefore it should be a big deal to you, her Daddy: her love,  protection, and guidance.

Whatever the reason is, Sad Eyes will tell you she is upset about something, and you need to help her find happiness by learning  what needs to be changed. (No pun intended.)
