VAUTOUR IIA No. 22

These two pictures ducument the s/n 27 (IAF No. 22) landing in Tebessa, Algeria, for an interim stop. This aircraft was one of a quartet which left Tour on June 20, 1958, and landed in Israel the next day.

The pilot was Reuven Har-el.

This ferry was the first after the Vautour deal had been revealed. The four aircraft landed, each pair separately, in their home bases, and were not stored as their 17 predecessors.
