Here you will find some pictures and some data of my passion, that is racing. To race, to compete, is something that I simply cannot control. Something I need to do - this is an uncontrollable "racing virus" that catched me, and there is no cure, no way back.

The idea of this page is to publicize some racing pics for anyone that loves racing as much as I do.

Interlagos Circuit. Paulista Championship, Formula Global, and my car is number 15. Formula Global is the former Formula Ford, now taken care by Alpie - Aldo Piedade. When Senna was competing in Europe in Formula Ford and Vauxhall, these chassis where competing the brazilian and paulista Formula Ford championships. This pic was taken during the 2001 Paulista, May 19th 2001, at the "S" do Senna.

Almost all of these pics were taken by Luca Bassani, one of the top racing photographers in Brazil (if not the top!) 

In this pic, I was concentrating to hit the circuit, and wrapping my helmet, as you can notice...

I am not sure, but I think it was round three of the 2001 Championship. Anyway, the next picture is the podium from the same day. 4th place.

Another podium, but this time the race took place at the Aldeia da Serra kartodrome. This is a 3rd place trophy.

Engine problems at Aldeia da Serra - hands up!

This is the happiest you can get after an engine problem during the first lap ...

Interlagos is always magic. This was one of those days that I came in a hurry from the car track, running like crazy to align at the kart grid. You can see by the balaclava - my fireproof Nomex is white - so, I was at the other track a few minutes before.

This is my Interlagos pole position in December 2000. I was with my new Arai helmet, but not yet painted. I should have ran with the Bell one, instead of a white helmet...hehehe... LOL
