"Where only the best will do for the guests." |
The Lonesome Dove Hotel, owned by Amanda Carpenter, is a beautiful two-story establishment in the middle of Curtis Wells, Montana. The former proprietor, Ida Grayson, changed the name of the hotel from "The Unity" to "The Lonesome Dove" in honor of her partner, Newt Call, in 1878. Amanda Carpenter bought the hotel with the help of Mr. Call in 1880. Amanda brings a vitality to the establishment, where fine dining, fine accomodations, and her fine company make the hotel the center of the town.
Security is no worry for her guests at the Lonesome Dove. Ms. Carpenter sees to the needs of her guests with an impenetrable safe box in the basement and her own six-shooter to scare off unruly guests.
And what FINE cooking! Mr. Newt Call sees to the eggs personally. A sample of the Lonesome Dove Hotel Menu is located below.
