Mac@Chess is a chess program that you can play with other players using email. Mac@Chess creates a move file that can be sent as an attachment in most electronic mail messages. Now you don't have to coordinate with others as when to play chess with them, just email your move file and wait for the responce. The move file is created such that it can easily be emailed directly without the need to use any compression or encoding programs before emailing it to your opponent. The file is also so small that it can be transmitted via modem with minimal wait time for the file to be sent, even with modems with a baud rate lower then 14.4 modems. As another basic feature, Mac@Chess can also be used as a two player game played on the same computer.

Mac@Chess is considered "Donationware." To find out about donationware and Mac@Chess registration, goto the Mac@Chess registration page.
