Mac@Chess is considered Donationware. If you use Mac@Chess, you must register it. By being donationware, registration takes on a little bit of a different twist. To register Mac@Chess, you must make a donation of $10 or more in the name of Mac@Chess OR donate 10 hours or more to a credible non-profit charity or organization (sorry, court ordered community hours don't count). A list of acceptable organizations are listed below as a guide for acceptable charities and organizations. In no way at all is it saying these are the only good charities, it is just a guide. If you prefer to donate to another organization or have an organization added to the list, please feel free to email digital-corner@oocities.com to confirm eligibility before sending the application. You must mail proof of this donation along with the application form available below. This proof must be in the form of the orignal donation receipt or a letter of record (or recommendation) from your donated time on specialized stationary or with the charities contact information. You might want to inform them that they may be contacted otherwise it might not be verified.
