Starbase 28 FREE Banner Creation Service

Do you want to advertise your site using a banner exchange program such as the Internet LinkExchange or the GeoGuide Banner Exchange? You need a banner if you want to join a banner exchange program. One way is to make your own. If you don't have the software or technology, you can download the software and learn by trial and error. If you want an easier alternative, why not let us make you one? It's simple to request a banner: Fill out this form and we'll try to finish your banner within 21 days, instead of taking a month or more like some other services. We'll post your banner here when we're done, and notify you by E-mail to come download it. NOTE : Due to the difficulty of creation and the large file sizes of animated banners, WE CAN NO LONGER CREATE ANIMATED (MOVING) BANNERS. That means no scrolling/flashing text, fading backgrounds, moving images, or other animation. If you request such a banner, your request will be discarded. If you would like a nice non-moving banner, however, we'll try to make one for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sorry, but Jacob Jou is now too busy to create many banners, so this service can only provide approimately one banner per week. You will be asked for a description of your site and your site's URL; the free banner creation will be assigned on a merit basis. If you don't get a banner the first time, you're welcome to reapply later.
