HVAC Wholesale Business Manager

JOHNSTONE SUPPLY - Philadelphia , a member of the nation's largest wholesale HVAC/R supply cooperative, is experiencing tremendous growth! We are a widely recognized and highly respected distributor of HVAC/R equipment & replacement parts, electric motors and PT components, industrial supplies, tools and test instrumentation. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual who also possesses a "let's do it right the first time" attitude, to help us further develop our rapidly growing businesses.

This is a full-time position as Business Operations Manager. You will report directly to the President/owner of JOHNSTONE SUPPLY of Philadelphia.

The successful candidate will be capable and willing to...:

assess existing operations and processes.
develop, implement and infoce structured policies and proceedures.
coordinate and manage facility expansion and construction projects.
assist in organizing and managing customer and employee promotions, incentives, educational and training programs.
oversee all warehouse and showroom security operations.

coordinate all staffing requirements for office & warehouse.

Applicants must also possess the following skills and/or attributes:

Motivated and self-disciplined.

Must have desire and willingness to "dig-in" and lean the details of the position.

Excellent verbal AND written communication skills.

Neat, professional appearance.

Possess A valid driver's license.

Computer literacy - functional in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.

4 year college degree in business or finance.
