Responsibilities of this position will be to collect customer data, and follow up on new or recently delivered orders. A good will ambassador over the telephone. Utilization of a telemarketing strategy designed to augment (via, among other things, lead generation) and support all outside sales efforts. You will work closely with inside and outside sales staff. You may perform fill-in "floater" work during high demand periods. EOE, M-F 8am-5pm.
