     We would love to have everyone up for a June sky watch. Folks can arrive any time after 1:00p.m. Saturday afternoon.  They are welcome to pitch tents, stay the night, etc.   I have been watching each night & have seen some things I already question.  Have found if we have a full moon, it is so bright it is hard to search/see anything else.  I studied the moon's phase & it seems that on Saturday June 15, the illuminated fraction is only 0.302 & 1.7 days before the 1st quarter..........a little light but not too much. We will have all the grass mowed for anyone wanting to bring a tent.  We can cook & grill out.  There is plenty of room.

DIRECTIONS: From Main Street in Lexington:
You are in front of the Festival Market. Turn right on to North Broadway & go straight. It becomes Paris Pike or 27 North
Keep going straight to Paris, Ky. As you approach Paris you must take a left turn to keep on 27 North. This turn is across the street from the Dairy Queen & High School.
You are now on the Paris by-pass.
You will drive by car dealers & a Walmart on your right.
Very soon you will take a left to get on 27 North to Cynthiana go straight. This will be the 1st left  exit ( for 27 North ) after you cross highway # 460 Watch closely for this 27 North exit to the left.  IT IS MARKED but if you are taking in the view YOU CAN MISS IT and go all the way around  the Paris by-pass & be on your way to Carlisle on hwy # 68.
As you approach Cynthiana, 62 East merges into 27 North.
Keep going straight.
You now want to watch for 62 East signs
You cross over the John Hunt Morgan bridge onto Main St. Stay on Main. You will come to a big stone Church on your right  Turn right. At the end of that block you will come to another smaller stone Church. Turn left. One more block and 62 East turns right.  There is an Oddville Ave sign on that corner.
Go straight You are about 3.5 miles away at this time.
You will pass Eastside school on your right.
Pass the Elk's Club on your right.
You will come to a narrow bridge sign with a 12 mile marker.  Keep going. You will pass a yellow merge street sign.
Just past that sign is Salem Pike. Turn right onto Salem Pike
Follow Pike past yellow house on left corner.
Pass brick house with 2 greenhouses on right  Almost there.
On your left now you can see barn/house on rise. Keep going to
our long gravel drive on left.  Mail box says: Fox Trace Farm  731 Salem Pike. Take a left.  Come on up.  Glad you are here!
