David Garrison on Married...With Children

David Garrison played Steve Rhoades, the first husband of Marcy D'Arcy (Amanda Bearse). Marcy is a bit of a dominant woman (to put it lightly) and ruled her rather put upon husband. Garrison appeared quite regularly through the first four seasons of the show.
