Tereza
Porto was born in Fortaleza, Ceará, where she keeps her home. Ms. Porto
has a Bachelor's degree in languages from the Federal University of Ceará.
She currently works as a Reviser for INESP'S publisher - INESP is the Institute
for Studies and Research on Development for the State of Ceará, an agency
linked to that state's House of Representatives. In 2001 Ms.
Porto
published a book of poems entitled Web of Solitude. She also took part of the
Anthologies Poems for Peace, released in December 2001, Feminine Talent in Prose
and Verse, december 2002, and of issue number 6 of Literary Magazine ESPIRAL.
