This site is intended to give visitors an overview of the funding disparities
that plague this country's schools.
Internet resources on the subject are scarce and, although the problem
is too localized to be dealt with comprehensively, the idea is to provide
resources that are not available elsewhere.
Although the list of articles provided is far from exhaustive, it offers
a general idea of the scope and nature of the problem, as well
as the research that has been done.
For information on funding disparities and equity efforts in your specific
state, please refer to the GAO report on the "Articles" page.
If you choose to write a letter/letters, direct letters regarding Title I
and national equity initiatives to the Federal government and all other
letters to your governor and state legislators.
Thank you.

I apologize for the absence of links related to national
issues of school funding equity, but I have yet to find any
that seem relevant (non-localized). If you are aware of
one, or if you have any other suggestions,
please let me know.
