Word of advice, though; I’m a great believer in freedom of expression, including (well, especially, really) expression of the far outer orbit variety. However, those entries that turn out to be either completely off-topic or nothing more than a long string of obscenities and/or death threats against the site owner will be nuked off the page without a trace. Not so much because they’re offensive, as that they’re tedious. Of course, if you can manage either (or both) with unique grace and flair, I may re-think the policy on an individual basis. My standards are rather high in that area, so you might be advised to come up with something a tad more thoughtful, instead.
