Center for Stingray Biology by Richard Ross M.D. - Richard (a diehard certified stingray Guru) also has a comprehensive booklet out on how to classify f/w stingrays; where do you think I got the P numbering system from? He does sell this booklet so go ahead drop him an email and ask for more info about it. Dr. Ross also has a new book out: Freshwater Stingrays: a complete Owner's Manual. Excellent book that covers every aspect in regards to the care of freshwater stingrays. I highly recommend this book especially to some of you trying to get into the husbandry of freshwater stingrays. Besides, the book does not cost more than $10.00 with S&H. Everything you will need to know such as ray anatomy, tank setups, just to name a few.
