College education in Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) gave me the skills to design web maps and contents.

Law school training perfected logical thinking and is reflected in my many writing styles.

Technical writing for the insurance industry for twenty years developed several styles;

• contract writing,
• advertising copy,
• in-house communications, and
• business letter writing.

Legal practice gave me experience writing pleadings and discovery.
