Well, this page is dedicated to my favourite author, a Danish man by the name of Sven Hassel.
At the moment I am busy tracking down some information about him... so you will have to make do with a list of the books that he has written.

    These books are all about Sven and his memories of WW2. He fought in a penal tank regiment for the germans. He tells of his time spent in Russia as a POW, in Moscow as a soldier, Monte Carlo, Paris and many other places.
    The Legion of the Damned would seem to be his first book as in this one he tells of his part in the war, from the time he deserted in the early years, to later than any of the other books go. I certainly recommend that you read this as the first.
