Cast

Kyle Chandler on Gary Hobson: "Gary wants to use his advance knowledge to help others, but he has to overcome the roadblocks that are thrown in his path. Gary's just a normal guy...with a tremendous responsibility. Throughout the season there will be times when he's tentative, when he makes mistakes. But ultimately he knows that he's been chosen to carry out this mission, and in so doing affects people's lives."
	Fisher Stevens on Chuck Fishman: "Chuck didn't have all his priorities straight. Chuck wanted to use Gary's advance information as his financial goldmine. This year, however, he'll team up with Gary more often, to try to prevent adversity from happening based on the newspaper's report. Chuck is on the road to realising that he wants to try to help people, that personal gain only goes so far."
Shanesia Davis-Williams on Marissa Clark: "I strive to bring integrity and independence to the role. Playing a blind woman is a wonderful challenge for me personally. I hope that viewers come away from the show seeing Marissa as a strong woman, a real person, with a life outside the realm of the newspaper."
