NEW YORK, April 1st, 1999.  A&C announces its constitution as a partnership of Antonio Moroni, Ph.D., M.B.A. and Cynthia Forte, B.A..  The founders have a substantial experience in the international field and international business dealing.  Antonio brings his considerable technical expertise in the fields of Chemistry, Plastic Materials, Fibers, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices and has already concluded several international business deals in these fields.  These include product supply contracts, consulting contracts, performing of cùstom research, machinery construction and sale, manufacturing of custom products, hotel and vacation properties development and such.  He has lived in several countries (Italy, USA, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Turkey, Philippines) and travelled the world extensively.

Cynthia brings in  her expertise in Human Resources, Personnel Training and Motivation, Retailing, and Customer Service backed by her extensive experience in the modeling, fashion, and cosmetics fields. She has lived and worked for extended periods of time in Japan, Hong Kong, Geneva, and London and also travelled extensively.  

This dynamic team has decided to put their considerable experience at the disposal of people and companies wishing to expand their international business.

NEW YORK, USA, April 5th, 1999.  A&C announces a strategic business alliance with Dr.ssa Valeria Moroni, Inc., a consulting firm located in Viareggio, Italy.  This firm is specialized in intelligence gathering, product supply, marketing research, textile machinery location, luxury yacht purchasing , business intermediation, etc., and has already operated for several years in the Italian market.

VIAREGGIO, Italy, April 7th, 1999.  A&C executes a cooperation agreement with Perizie Assicurative, Inc.  This company has many years of experience in the field of transportation accidents reconstruction and insurance affairs.

This firm has over ten years of experience in world wide geological survey, and is specialized in studies for the digging of wells, terrain stability, and landfill monitoring.
