The following links lead to the answers to the questionnaires that I sent to the top 50 B-Schools in the US (as per Business Week rankings), about how much of Electronic Commerce and Internet Marketing goes into their MBA syllabus. Many of the B-Schools have either responded, or have committed to responding to it shortly. I have excluded from the primary list all those B-Schools that have explicitly requested me to do so, for several reasons, including but not limited to non existence of any courses or electives related to E-Com in those B-Schools.

I have put up the answers to the questionnaires as I received them, with absolutely no modifications -- not even a spell-check. I have, however, added a couple of my comments after some of the answered questionnaires. Caveat - I do not claim to be an authority and so please do not make my comments the basis of any major decisions you might be making.

If you are currently at a B-School that has courses on E-Commerce and Internet Marketing, and would like it listed here, please copy the questionnaire, and mail me the answers. I would also require the e-mail address of someone in the administration in your B-School to verify that you are, indeed authorized to speak for your B-School in this regard. I am being forced to take this precaution to aid authenticity, and to save me (possible) legal or other hassles.

Also note -- the Schools are listed in NO PARTICULAR ORDER. I have made NO attempt whatsoever to rank these schools. This source should be treated mearly as a repositary of data about B-Schools and their curriculum pertaining to E-Commerce -- which is what it is intended to be.

Schools - that have responded to the survey:

Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University

Fuqua School of Business, Duke University

Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh

Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University

MIT Sloan School of Management, MIT (Mass. Inst. of Tech.)

Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University.

Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University

The School of Business, The College of William and Mary

More B-Schools will be responding soon .. stay tuned !!

Those that have not responded but who I am aware, have a good E-Commerce syllabus:
