I graduated from SJCE, University of Mysore, one of the oldest Universities in India, with an Engineering degeree in Electronics and Communication in mid 1996, and have been with this company since I got recruited from campus.  University of Mysore has been around for over 90 years now, making it one of the older Universities in India. On an average, 20,000 students graduate from University each year.

My current employer

The world's largest infotech company came to India about 5 years back with an alliance with TATAs, after it decided to leave in the late '60s, due to adverse Governmental policies. The TATA group of companies is one of the largest group in Asia, and IBM now has a joint venture with TATAs, called TATA IBM, for marketing of various products and services of IBM in India. In addition to this is the company I work for, IBM Global Services, which is dedicated solely to software development.
