We hereby be appointed and received legal BUYER'S MANDATE authority by the Buyer,
and we  have authority to issue, write, submit R.W.A. s / L.O.I. for :

CURRENCY G-7
CRUDE OIL
GOLD
MEDIUM TERM NOTES (Debentures),
(Collateral First ONLY)

and financial instruments deemed legal and clean from all criminal activity.
It has been given to us, the authority to negotiate with any one person or entity
involved to relevant above transaction.
Above Commodities must be from the Secondary Market and discounted.
Our agreement is subject to rules and recommendations of the
International Chamber of Commerce, in respect of bank transmissions and:
A. Force Majeure.
B. Non-Circumvention/Non-Disclosure.
C. Arbitration.
D. Obligation for commission and expenses concerning this or any relevant transaction.
