This was a temporary job obtained through Remedy Temps to assist in specified matters. I reported to Ms. Nancy Beckman, the American counterpart to Ms. Michiko Suzimoto, head of the Treasury Division. Treasury is responsible for the financial cash flow of American Honda Corp. . Am. Honda Financial is also responsible for providing financial assistance to purchasers of Honda vehicles, financing dealer's inventory and financing lease vehicles. This position gave me the opportunity to review the Honda financial operation, and the Securities and Exchange laws.

JOB DUTIES:

• Asset Backed Securities trust development plan
• Analyze Medium Term Notes and Euro Medium Term Notes
• Coordinate actions with outside legal counsel
• Analyize New York and New Jersey automobile lease documents
• Physical plant disaster planning analysis
• Tax and retail license posting and tracking

This position gave me an introduction to Japanese nationals, their customs and business practices.
