• Insurance policy form language drafting for compliance with various state laws and filing
• Reinsurance treaty negotiation
• Maintin regulatory legal files in anticipation of tri-annial exams
• Claims Review Committee
• Technical support for underwriting staff
• Develop conversion policy forms and language
• Bring policy forms into compliance with Flesch score readability requirements
• File policies in southeast states
• Assigned to claims review committee, and advise underwriters
• Advise regarding corporate, tax and copyright laws

• Filed various new products with the California Department of Insurance
