~Rose Sugar~

This deliciously subtle sugar is lovely for tea parties! It can be sprinkled
over many different treats and is wonderful over warm plain scones.
It also looks lovely served along side a vase full of roses.
*The most important thing is to use pesticide-FREE roses!
This means most store-bought roses
should NOT be used!!!

~Another fun sugar is made with pansy petals. Again, these flowers
need to be pesticide free; the ones grown
in your own garden are best.~
