Oh sweet Richie, What can I say?
My heart is empty without you each day.
The Angel wings you wear must be so grand,
If only I could reach out and touch your hand.
Maybe then we could say Good-bye
Which could help dry the tears that I cry.
Now I know thats impossible for us to do,
So lets make a deal just me and you.
When I look to the stars at night,
You look for me with all your might.
When you see me just shine real bright,
And together we can send our Love and say Good night.
I miss you my Richie more every day,
And the emptiness I feel will not go away.
You are my son and will always be,
My Angel in Heaven looking down on me.
You will live in my Heart and I will try to stay strong,
Because my son in my heart is where you belong.

I can tell by that look friend, that we need to talk So come take my hand and let's go for a walk See, I'm not like the others - I won't shy away Because I want to hear what you've got to sayYour child has died and you need to be heard But they don't want to hear a single word They say your child's with God, so be strong They say all the "right" things that somehow seem wrong

GRIEF is sometimes silent - like snowflakes falling on a dark winter's night but never peaceful or serene pretty like the pure white snow. When grief is silent, the tears seem to turn to ice, like the snowflakes, before they reach our eyes. GRIEF is sometimes raging - like a monstrous thunderstorm - with all it's fury and bolts of lightning striking our hearts at every angle. When grief is raging, the tears come in torrents like the rain and flood of our soul. GRIEF Whether it be silent or raging..........HURTS.

I'm the colourful leaves when fall comes around And the pure white snow that blankets the ground I'm the beautiful flowers of which you're so fond The clear cool water in a quiet pond
I'm the first bright blossom you'll see in spring The first warm raindrop that April will bring I'm the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine And you'll see that the face in the moon is mine
When you start thinking there's no one to love you You can talk to me through the Lord above you I'll whisper my answer through the leaves on the trees And you'll feel my presence in the soft summer breeze I'm the hot salty tears that flow when you weep And the beautiful dreams that come while you sleep I'm the smile you see on a baby's face Just look for me, I'm everyplace...
