Basic HTML is not hard to learn. You could make your first web page right after reading this guide. Once you understand the basics (What is HTML?) and understand the concept of viewing source, you can learn everything from links to fonts to lists. Just pick a topic! It may be beneficial if you start at my Basic Definitions page to learn very basic terminology and information on how to obtain web browsers.
