Abducted by Kyndra & Christopher Fink from a Salt Lake City, Ut
hospital on Sept.19, 1998. David will be 2 yrs. old in December but is the size
of a 9 month old baby. He cannot walk and will most likely by carried and wrapped
in a blanket. Parents are transients and have previously dwelled
in the wilderness areas and homeless shelters of New York,
Phoeniz, Arizona; Altoona, Pennsylvania area and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Kyndra is pregnant and due to deliver within the next 2 weeks.
David will die from deliberate starvation if not found.

father Christopher is a "self proclaimed prophet" according to police
FBI says both parents believe David is the Christ child
Christopher is a 5'8" 23 yr old outdoorsman with longish blonde
hair and blue eyes with a large build. He and Kyndra may
have fled to the wilderness, already surviving out there, according
to police, for a couple of years. Kyndra is due to give
birth to another child in 2 weeks. David was born in the wilderness
and it's believed that this new child also will be.
Friends of the family believe if David dies the parents will
be unconcerned because it will be"the will of God."
They have strong anti-government views.
Kyndra Fink is from Utah, Christopher is from Pennsylvania.
They've lived all over the country and could be anywhere.
They also have family in Oregon.
They will only let David eat "natural foods only". The only foods
Christopher deemed "pure" enough at this time are watermelon
and lettuce. He supposedly received a revelation that
this was all he (David) could eat.

My name is Michelle. My nephew is David Fink. David was brought
to my husband and I through the Helping Hands Organization
on Sept.9th. When Helping Hands discovered our sweet David
he was on his deathbed at the weight of 16 lbs. He was described
to us as a white Ethiopian child with blonde hair
due to deliberate starvation from my transient sister and her
husband's neglect. After a great trek across the United States,
David was brought to us. I was filled with so much joy
and gratitude to have this sweet little boy and wanted
to give him the love and nurturing that he needed, that
he so deserved but was robbed of. In the short time David
was with us, he learned to accept the love and attention he received
in our family and bonded with his cousins. The first time
David was known to laugh was after he came to us.
Our Doctor had us take David to Primary Children's Hospital in
Salt Lake City because he suffered from re-feeding syndrome.
His body was not used to metabolizing food. He rejected
the fluids he drank, and stored them in his lungs, internal organs, etc.
David has shown signs of and is in danger of going
into cardiac arrest at any time.
On Saturday, Sept. 19 David's parents kidnapped him from the hospital.
As a nurse was trying to stop them, they dragged her across
the parking lot with their car, our little David inside.
If David is not found soon, he will die. We love this sweet boy
and want to bring him back to a stable environment of love
and care with our family. If anyone can help save this one
special, sweet boy we will be forever grateful.
