Habits
Rise before sunrise. When you rise in the morning offer everything to almighty. Do some physical exercise or yoga in the dawn. Eat half of your appetite and drink water to full. Eat an apple everyday. (An apple a day keep doctor away). Eat uncooked vegetable as much as you can. Follow the strict dietary habits. You must adhere to the timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have compassion for your neighbours and peers. Laugh, when occasion arises. Before you go to bed say thanks to the God. Always sleep by tilting body towards left side. |
