Still no word on the date of Erin's appearance, but in the meantime, let's write and send as many cards as possible to Erin in care of The View. Show them the support that she has out there! The address to use is:

Can you believe it?! Yes, Erin has made the list of three finalists for the fifth chair on The View. As soon as we have her next air date, I'll let you know. She is also checking to see if we can get clearance for fans to attend this taping as well. In the meantime, email/call/write the people at the The View and let them know what a great addition Erin would be to their line up! Let's support our girl!

*Will Erin fill the 5th Chair???!!!   No! Not that one!! This one....

From the Sept. 16th issue of SOD: PC's Erin Hershey Presley may have a new job - as THE VIEW'S new cohost. "It's a possibility," the actress reveals. "There has been conversation of doing THE VIEW and maybe another show in New York." But first, a test run: Expect to see her on-screen in October for a two-day tryout. The ingenue co-hosted THE VIEW earlier this year. "It's a tough gig," she says. "There's so much going on at once. Live television is so different." But, she'd consider the job: "It would be fun."

*From SOW - "The Presleys are getting [job] offers. Hershey Presely says that they got offers from other ABC shows the Friday night the show was cancelled. Then that Monday other networks contacted her and Brian. She says she and husband don't know which way they should go. She guesses they'll go where God sends them."

*Port Charles has been cancelled :o( The last show will air October 3, 2003 with the end of the arc titled "The Gift." It's a sad day for all PC fans, but let's not forget about our favorite actors and PC characters! You can still support them by calling the comment line set up by ABC for cancellation comments at 1-323-671-4583, or by writing to TPTB and various soap magazines, and telling them that you hope to see PC's actors...like Erin and Brian!...moved over to another ABC soap, like General Hospital! You can also show support for Erin and Brian by joining their fanclub, which will continue despite cancellation of Port Charles!!

*Brian Presley is apparently producing and starring in a film that will be made this July! That's what the beard's for! LOL! Let's hope it gets released in enough places for everyone to see it!!
