Eslonian Department of Foreign Affairs Foreign Policy regarding: Micronational Relations

The Republic of Eslo is a pacifist state.  Our foreign policy is firm and considered friendly and effective among micronations.  We seek micronations with common interests and work out a specific diplomatic plan with each of those nations.  This is necesary because Eslo must coordinate actions with these nations in order to reach one common purpose: the growth of the micronational phenenomenon. We are open to dialougue with any micronation that considers itself competent and in agreement with Eslo's policies and laws.  There are a series of things that must happen in order for a micronation to be recognized by Eslo.  A review of policies is condicted by the Department of Foreign Affairs.  Once these are specified and reviewed, they are presented before the Eslonian Senate.  If the Senate considers that the micronation is a competent one, a letter of recomendation is given to the Executive Royal Power and the King authorizes the final edict of recognition. Once this has been done, the Department of Foreign Affairs presents the diplomatic plan that will be employed with the partner state.  This includes the appointment of a representative to that state, which may be an ambassador or a person of some other title, according to what the DFA sees as fit for that bilateral relation.  All of this is done in agreement with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. We strongly encourage any micronation, regardless of it's principles or size, to contact Eslo.  You will find that we are quite accessable.  It is likely, that Eslo is the best diplomatic partner that a fellow ephemeral state can have, since we seek to grow in our friendship, and express new ideas through diplomacy in the micronational world.  Many nations see diplomacy as the most important aspect of micronationalism.  Eslo sees our diplomacy as a form of free expression, and a public affairs agent to the world that promotes our ideas and, overall, micronationalism.
