It is hereby ordered that Amy Hughes (or
anyone acting at her insistence and request) , respondent, observe the following
conditions of behavior:

Shall not threaten David R. Hughes (Petitioner), nor shall they cause harm to his person or damage his property.

Abstain from threatening or causing harm to the person or property of petitioner, David R. Hughes.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of
protection shall remain in effect until June 2, 1995.
