~Welcome~
So glad that you stopped by.

The Traditional T-Shirt Quilt is made by cutting each shirt to the same size and adding fabric sashing between the t-shirts. Traditional style t-shirt quilts may be made with or without sashing. If you base your block size by the largest t-shirt logo you will be able to get the majority of the logo within each block. You may choose many quilt sizes based on the number of shirts you wish to use. Both the fronts and the backs of the shirts can be used, if logos are on both sides. I like to use the largest logo on the shirts to determine my block size.

This traditional style t-shirt quilt has no sashing between the t-shirt blocks and one black border.

The Variable T-Shirt Quilt is made by varying the size of the squares made from the shirts. This gives you the opportunity to use shirts with small logos and patches. The variable t-shirt quilt may be made with or without sashing.  This type of quilt allows you to incorporate a larger number of shirts.

A Patchwork style t-shirt quilt uses smaller logos and/or fabrics to make pieced blocks to alternate with the t-shirt blocks and can also be used in the borders of the quilt.
