Demeter is one of the major queens in the tribe. She looks a lot like Bombalurina in America, but I'm told that she looks less like her in other countries' productions. Her coat is yellow, with patches of black and a little white.Demeter is a rather nervous cat, instantly knowing whenever Macavity is around the Junk Yard. She is also the queen that he chooses to attempt to kidnap. There is some speculation as to why this is, but some people think that they used to have a relationship, which Demeter broke off in order to be with Munkustrap. People tend to think this because she nuzzles him after he is wounded after fighting Macavity. However, in some productions, it is Alonzo who recieves her attention after the fight. She is close friends with Bombalurina, who is very protective of Demeter.
