Mr. Mistoffelees is the Magical cat. He performs the magical Conjuring Turn in order to bring back Old Deuteronomy after he is kidnapped by Macavity. He is also capable of creating bursts of light as well as lightning bolts. He is a young cat, and as a result is somewhat cocky. He's most likely no longer a kitten, but a young tom. He also appears to know ahead of time when Old Deuteronomy is coming, much like Coricopat and Tantomile.Mr. Mistoffelees is also known as Quaxo in the earlier parts of the show. That is when he has white markings around his paws. At one point he narrated most of the musical, rather than Munkustrap. Now he still sings, but the most impressive part of his character is the wonderful dance numbers he does. Mistoffelees is a black cat with white markings that makes it look as if he's wearing a tuxedo (appropriate for a magician!). Some people think that he is related to Victoria, while others think that they are lovers. There is also a theory that he and Cassandra are involved, since it is she who he pics to be his assistant for the Conjuring Turn.
