My massage is a natural method developed from different western and eastern tecniques,
by which minor aches and pains can be soothed away while bringing relief from nervous tension and fatigue.
Deep relaxation is induced while muscle soreness and stiffness are relieved.
Blood circulation is improved which improves skin tone, and encourages healing.
You will leave with a feeling of mental and physical relief.
During your 1 hour massage I use only quality oils and lotions
to perform gliding strokes over an extended portion of your body.
Kneading, friction and percussion can also be used.
Light or deep pressure can be applied
depending on your needs.

You will have a feeling of relaxation the minute you walk into my Chueca Studio.
Soothing music and a clean and very private room.
