We have our next AM League Match set for this Sunday @ 3 PM EST. I am alittle irritated at the leader of this squad, he basically stated that hecould not play later then 3 PM on either Saturday or Sunday. At first Ithought they were Euros, but it turns out that is not the case. He (thecapt) has to work both evenings so therefore will only accept the 3 PM time.10 posts (on the capt board) later (all his posts were 1 line responses) westill had not reached agreement and viola! we are assigned the 3 PM ESTtime.Oh well, it is asskicking time...try to show up early (lol yea right, itsnoon for me) and check connects and prac.

On another note, all you North Americans out there please be aware of thechange to daylights savings time. It will happen this Saturday night, so besure to adjust your clocks so you don't show up for the match at the wrongtime :p.

Whelp we had a decent game last week i guess. We coulda used somemore to show up to play but we had just enough to have all 7 starters but a couple of us lagged out in the first few minutes... MAKE A NEW ZONEFOR CZL PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As for the standings we are on tier #2 with 3 other squads and ballistics are on tier #1 all alone, so we aren't really doin bad.. scary thing is we would be on tier #1 if we would even try half as much as if we were playin in say aml or ul. I don't see us missing out on the playoffs but if we don't play like i know we can we have no chance of winningthe playoffs, cause in the playoffs the points carry over to the next round for 3 rounds where the squad with the most points at the end of the 3 rounds total wins. I know how bad the 5est pmtime is for most of you guys so i'm not gonna tell you guys to show when you can't.. hell i'm surprised how many of us actually show on a regular basis...a BIG THX to the ones that have been showing up.

Well we won our AmLeague match vs. Foreplay 9-1 MVP Gazelle(4-0). It was a well played game you guys did great. Addiction King came in close with a 3-0 performance. Nice teamwork guys way to go! Our UL match vs. BegInner Circle is postponed. There was only 1 ref in all of UL so go figure. I will let you know what is going on in UL as soon as I know.

We have a United League match vs. Beginner Circle on Sunday@6pm ET. Let's try to show enough so we have some subs to play around with. Get there a bit early to test connections, warm up etc...

In AmLeague we have a match vs. Foreplay Sunday@4pm ET 2 hours before our UL match. They are another Euro squad so be prepared to deal with lag. Try and get there early to warm up and test connections. See you at the matches.

I would also like to mention a couple of other things. First welcome DaleBlade to our squad. He is a long time friend of Warlords and has decided to join us for some fun in league. Say hi if you see him. Also I would like to congratulate Skybomber on winning the last Master of Chaos tournament. Way to go bud! I am sorry I missed that one.

We had our AmLeague match vs. No Data today and won by a score of 9-4 MVP Gazelle(3-0). Great job guys. We had nice teamwork and everyone played well and we stuck together. Just a note to let you all know that the sites Downloads and Sounds&Graphics sections are up once again and fully functional! Thanks go out to Addiction King and his good friend Jubal for setting me up with an ftp account. I tested it all out and it seems to work great so go download all you want. Jubal says his connection has been spotty this week due to router problems in his area so if it's not working that great when you download just try again later, although it worked great when I was testing it right now.

I got some news from space herpe today about our upcoming match vs. No Data. Here is some of what he had to say:

Anyway a couple of things I want to pass on to you all, our AM Match looks like it will be scheduled on Sunday @ 4 PM EST. It has not been confirmed by the staff yet but the capts have agreed to that time. These guys are an all euro squad with all euro lag. It is very important you remember this fact during our match. Do not engage them solo, it will be like shooting at somebody who has shields. We must fly as a group and attack the target as a group, if we do that we should win. No Data has moderate swarm skills but their lag makes up for the shortcoming. The last time we played them the lag made the difference in their favor...remember the lesson.

I will let you all know here on the site when the match is confirmed.

I still have heard nothing about our UL match this weekend, I am not even sure who we play. I will let you know ASAP.

On a happy note, I should have our Downloads and Sound&Graphics sections up and running soon. Thanks to Addiction King and his good friend Jubal they have kindly set me up an account on their server. I am uploading right now and when finished will change all the links and hopefully it will all work. Keep trying to download from the site over the next couple of days and you should find it working sooner or later. That's all for now.

Our match against Ascension on Sunday was kind of a mess. We could have beaten these guys with our Am team but we had very few subs and our players just weren't playing up to par, aside from space herpe who did an excellent job of staying alive in the match. Guys, we are the defending UL champions, let's at least play like we know this. I think it would be in our best interests to remove a couple of dead players from our UL roster and add Anna-Puma and Addiction King because at least I know they will show up heh. Anyhow we lost 11-8 MVP AKA(3-1). If you weren't at the match which most of you weren't(yes I know hallu scheduled the match at the same time as alot of your pro matches) here is the match log. Hi All,

We have no match this weekend in AM and I don't think we have one in UL either. There will still be the chaos league at 5PM EST on Saturday. On Sunday, if you all want to have a set prac, try to show up at 7 PM EST and I will arange some victims for you to chew on. We had a great turnout at the practice last nite, you guys are really starting to show cohesive chase/kill ability. One thing I would caution you all about is laggers, be it you or the guy you are trying to kill. When you lag, you have to be careful with your energy depletion, you have to actually shoot less then you normaly would, and you NEVER want to engage in a solo gun battle with someone when your lagging, you will always lose. Same thing when hunting laggers, NEVER engage a lagger in a solo gun battle, always hunt a lagger as a pack, if you cant see your squaddies right close, don't engage and wait for the group. The last time we played No Data they barely beat us because they out lagged us. When we play them you will have to be disiplined and only attack as a group. If you try to go one on one with these guys they will out lag you and you will die. The way I see it, if we knock one of them out first, we win, if they knock one of us out first, we lose. Don't try to win it by yourself, use what we have been practicing.

Sorry I missed this weekends matches but I was visiting family this weekend so...anyways I just checked my email and I see we had a kickass weekend except for our UL match which was a no show for Forsaken. Here are space herpe's and Gazelle's emails on this weekends matches:

Hi All,

Well those beasts of AM League Called Warlords kicked Blasphemys assyesterday in AM League. We got a fast early lead when Blas started off witha team kill. We went up 4-0 and then had a rough bit where Blas was able toto tie it up at 5 all. Then your practice showed, you settled down and youwere vicous on the target kocking them down 1 right after the other.Players of note were Addition King, who was always in the right place tosteal all the kills and got the MVP with a 5-1 performance, excellent work,and some sneaky bastard play by Anna-Puma in a spider who had the other teamconstantly watching their ass.There was this one time where AP did nothing but drop a mine at the rightmoment that knocked out the target after everybody else had weakened itdown. If that happened to me I would be cursing spiders big time! Anyway,well played by all and I think AM better look out for us this season!

The regular season starts March 17th, there will be no matches this comingweekend in AM.Our first match will be against No Data. We can beat these guys, so I willsee you at practice!

Here's the first update for czl. We had a pretty nice match on 2/24. We placed 5th although we were pretty hot at the start of the match.We let up a bit midway. It didn't help that I lagged out 0-0 about a fewminutes into the match. Nice play by some of you, 7 was kickin some ass. Can't really remember much else. The second match on 3/3 was just crapfor the most part. I had to play cause we didn't have anyone for our 7th starter.. and once again i lagged out in about 3 minutes into it with a 1-1. Blur was playing well until he also got lagged into spec with 1-0. So again wewere down 2 people cause of lag.. gg. The rest with some bad lag played with what they could, although i don't know wtf couple of you were doin. I won't make the same mistake of starting you again. Flat and Jug tried hard to get us some needed points but with only the 2 of them left with 0 reps.. eck.We'll continue to prac swarming in cz. In our 2nd match we placed 9th with937 points... about 8000 points behind 1st place... nuff said. Even with that we are on the same tier (#3) with ballistics and epik, everyone else is below us.Lets get in gear for next weekend guys.

On an unrelated note, I am still without a ftp host for my downloads and sounds&graphics sections. If anyone can host my files or knows of anyone who can please contact me via icq or email. I need about 35-40 megs of space for them. It would be greatly appreciated, I really want to get those pages back up and functioning. The two people I had to host them for me kind of fell through. Anyways let me know!
