It looks as though we are connected as 'Chat' would indicate that William's parents are my ancestors from Chatham, Kent.
The parents' names were John Bounaparte Allbutt b 26 March 1797 and Mary Anne Osborne b 25 June 1787. I hadn't come across their son William's baptism in 1822 in the St Mary's, Chatham church registers.
