Elgyn

'Alien Resurrection'

.

.

Elgyn (Michael Wincott) is the Captain of The Betty, a ship of mercenaries carrying some secret merchandise to a military ship. When his crew decide to stay aboard the spaceship, they are unprepared for what is on board.   Elgyn is a tough character with a wry sense of humour. Michael's role in this movie is again memorable but unfortunately rather short to satisfy Wincott fans.
.

.

.

Newly arrived from his mercenary starship, The Betty, Elgyn is bemused by the high level security search he and his crew receive.
/

/

Elgyn is very curious about what is going on aboard ship and why there is the need for all the cloak and dagger dealings. He wonders if there might not be a profit somewhere in the situation for him.
.

.

Elgyn discusses the deal with the General, and asks for a couple of days hospitality for himself and his crew aboard ship.
.

.

A deal finally struck, Elgyn is ready for a couple of days R & R.
.

.

Elgyn plans a counter attack as he and his crew's safety is endangered following Call's penetration of the high security unit.
.

.

Elgyn is furious with Call and tells her he'll kill her himself if she ever pulls another stunt like that again.
.

.

Preparing to return to The Betty, Elgyn pauses as he retrieves a gun and wonders briefly  what was the strange unearthly noise he heard.
.

.

Carefully walking the corridors of the ship, Elgyn goes to explore on his own, not realising the grave danger he is in. You know what they say about curiosity and cats....
